Nestled amid the red buttes of Papago Park, the Desert Botanical Garden hosts one of the world's finest collections of desert plants. This one-of-a-kind museum showcases 50 acres of beautiful outdoor exhibits. The garden is home to 139 rare, threatened and endangered plant species from around the world.

Desert Discovery Trail: Find cacti in every shape and size glowing under the hot Phoenix sun.  Native and exotic cacti alike are on display like the tall organ pipe cacti and the stout barrel cacti.

Wildflower Trail: Featuring plants of the North American desert like desert marigolds and purple lupines. This is a landscape full of life and growth. The night blooming garden is a treat when the intriguing white flora is in bloom!

Spring Butterfly Pavilion: Awe inspiring, native North American butterflies and moths like Julias, Zebra Long Wings, and Buckeye Butterflies.

Sonoran Desert Nature Trail: Soft shrubs and sculptural forms thrive along this trail with subtle bursts of pink and orange blooms.
